Student Research Assistant (m/f/d)

The Institute for Technology and Work e.V. (ITA) is an affiliated institute of the Technical University of Kaiserslautern. As a research and consulting institution with about 25 colleagues, we deal with the multifaceted design of work and organisations. Prof. Dr. Matthias Rohs is the scientific director.

Currently, we need support in the area of digitalisation. Projects focus on the design of technology deployment, the involvement of employees in digital transformation processes, the implementation of modern organisational designs and the support of small and medium-sized enterprises. For the project work we are looking for

  • Good to very good academic performance
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • High affinity to new technologies and the topic of digitalisation
  • Interest in organisational and personnel development or change processes
  • Reliable and independent work
  • Very good German and good English skills

The activities include:

Support in project organisation and implementation, literature research, analysis and evaluation of texts and data, preparation and support of workshops as well as preparation of project documentation, presentations and much more.

The HiWi positions usually comprise 6-8 hours/week.
