Brief description

ITA conducts individual coaching for senior executives of the Rhineland-Palatinate pension insurance. Through the existing framework agreement, the coaching sessions can be taken up at any time if further development is desired or required. Goals are: Preparation for new tasks, improvement of the cooperation with others in the professional environment, clarification in the area of conflict between work and family, improvement of leadership skills, extension of social skills, increase of self-organisation skills as well as self-reflection of personal impact in the professional environment.
