Lec­tures and coa­chings for audi­tors and rehab con­sul­tants of the Fede­ral Pen­si­on Insu­rance

Brief descrip­ti­on

Employees of the audit ser­vice and reha­bi­li­ta­ti­on con­sul­tants of the Ger­man Pen­si­on Insu­rance Asso­cia­ti­on are sup­port­ed by lec­tures and coa­ching on work­place-rela­ted chal­lenges at nine loca­ti­ons in Hes­se, Rhi­ne­land-Pala­ti­na­te, Saar­land and Baden-Würt­tem­berg. Coa­chings can be taken up at any time if fur­ther deve­lo­p­ment is desi­red or requi­red. The Ger­man Pen­si­on Insu­rance Asso­cia­ti­on has set up a pool of coa­ches for this pur­po­se throug­hout Ger­ma­ny. The goals are: Sup­port­ing employees in the audit ser­vice and reha­bi­li­ta­ti­on coun­sel­ling with regard to a healt­hy hand­ling of incre­asing work-rela­ted chal­lenges as well as the streng­thening of indi­vi­du­al resi­li­ence and solu­ti­on com­pe­tence.
