Lectures and coachings for auditors and rehab consultants of the Federal Pension Insurance

Brief description

Employees of the audit service and rehabilitation consultants of the German Pension Insurance Association are supported by lectures and coaching on workplace-related challenges at nine locations in Hesse, Rhineland-Palatinate, Saarland and Baden-Württemberg. Coachings can be taken up at any time if further development is desired or required. The German Pension Insurance Association has set up a pool of coaches for this purpose throughout Germany. The goals are: Supporting employees in the audit service and rehabilitation counselling with regard to a healthy handling of increasing work-related challenges as well as the strengthening of individual resilience and solution competence.
