The collaborative project „Future oriented Work Desgin in the regions of Hunsrück and Naheland“ aims to develop and test innovative and future oriented forms of work organisation together with companies from the Hunsrück and Naheland region. The idea behind this is to expand the approach of innovative work design to increase employer attractiveness in terms of content and concept in order to create synergy effects of organisational framework conditions that promote innovation, employee satisfaction and employer attractiveness in rural areas.

The ArbeitSooNahe project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research as part of the REGION.innovativ funding program. The REGION.innovativ funding program supports regional alliances in addressing new research and innovation topics and in cooperating with new partners.
