Diversity Management in Nursing - DIM-Pflege
Care facilities in Germany are suffering from such a massive shortage of skilled workers that they are urgently dependent on international staff. While strategies and measures for recruiting international nursing professionals have since become professionalized, little importance has been attached to the successful integration of these employees into the work process until now. DIM Pflege therefore focuses on diversity management responsibility, strategy, and corresponding measures, so that a culture of diversity develops within the company as a result. High importance is atteched to the transfer of insights.
Wissenschaftliche Begleitung des Modellprojekts „Butterfly“
Das Modellprojekt unterstützt arbeitslose Menschen an der Schwelle zu einer psychischen Erkrankung durch flexible und bedarfsorientierte Beratung und Begleitung. Die wissenschaftliche Begleitung durch ITA und SÖSTRA soll die Projektziele unterstützen und die Qualität der Projektumsetzung sichern.
