Oli­ver Keim stu­di­ed Inte­gra­ti­ve Social Sci­en­ces with a focus on Adult Edu­ca­ti­on at the Rhein­land-Pfäl­zi­sche Tech­ni­sche Uni­ver­si­tät Kai­sers­lau­tern and is curr­ent­ly pur­suing a Master's degree in Human Resour­ce Manage­ment & Orga­niza­tio­nal Beha­vi­or with a spe­cia­liza­ti­on in digi­ta­liza­ti­on.

At the Insti­tu­te for Tech­no­lo­gy and Work (Insti­tut für Tech­no­lo­gie und Arbeit e.V.), Mr. Keim work­ed for over four years as a stu­dent assistant. During this time, he con­tri­bu­ted to seve­ral rese­arch and trans­fer pro­jects, inclu­ding the Mit­tel­stand-Digi­tal Zen­trum Kai­sers­lau­tern, READI (Streng­thening Resi­li­ence in Manu­fac­tu­ring SMEs through Agi­le, Human-Cen­te­red Digi­tal Sys­tems and Sys­tem Design), and KOMATRA (Com­pe­tence Cen­ter for Work Rese­arch: Sha­ping Trans­for­ma­ti­on in the Saar-Pala­ti­na­te Future Cor­ri­dor – Value-Ori­en­ted Lear­ning and Working in the Cir­cu­lar Eco­no­my).

Sin­ce April 2025, Mr. Keim has been employ­ed as a Juni­or Rese­arch Asso­cia­te at the Insti­tu­te. His cur­rent focus are­as include digi­ta­liza­ti­on and public rela­ti­ons. He is curr­ent­ly invol­ved in the ZUKIPRO‑2 pro­ject (Future Cen­ter for Human-Cen­te­red Arti­fi­ci­al Intel­li­gence in Pro­duc­tion Work).

Streng­the­ned resi­li­ence in manu­fac­tu­ring SMEs through agi­le, human-cen­te­red digi­tal sys­tems and sys­tems design (READI)

The READI rese­arch pro­ject pur­sues the goal of enab­ling com­pa­nies to iden­ti­fy, estab­lish, anchor and har­mo­ni­ze the struc­tures, pro­ces­ses and tech­ni­cal pre­re­qui­si­tes requi­red for sus­tainable and con­ti­nuous chan­ge capa­bi­li­ty within the frame­work of a mul­ti-stage chan­ge model inclu­ding a set of mea­su­res.
