Oliver Keim studied Integrative Social Sciences with a focus on Adult Education at the Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Behavior with a specialization in digitalization.

At the Institute for Technology and Work (Institut für Technologie und Arbeit e.V.), Mr. Keim worked for over four years as a student assistant. During this time, he contributed to several research and transfer projects, including the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Kaiserslautern, READI (Strengthening Resilience in Manufacturing SMEs through Agile, Human-Centered Digital Systems and System Design), and KOMATRA (Competence Center for Work Research: Shaping Transformation in the Saar-Palatinate Future Corridor – Value-Oriented Learning and Working in the Circular Economy).

Since April 2025, Mr. Keim has been employed as a Junior Research Associate at the Institute. His current focus areas include digitalization and public relations. He is currently involved in the ZUKIPRO-2 project (Future Center for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence in Production Work).
