Marina Jentsch has been a research assistant at ITA since 2011. Her work and research interests are in the field of sustainable development: corporate social responsibility, sustainability in supplier relations, but also sustainable community development. After graduating from the Pedagogical University Rostov-on-Don in Russia, she completed the course of studies in Social and Business Communication at the University of the Arts Berlin (Dipl.-Komm.-Wirtin) with the main subjects Strategic Communication Planning, Verbal Communication and Economics.

Digitales Handbuch für ganzheitliche Transformationsprozesse in beruflichen Rehabilitationseinrichtungen (TraBeR)

Das Projekt „TraBeR“ entwickelt und erprobt ein digitales Handbuch, das Einrichtungen der beruflichen Rehabilitation dabei unterstützt, nachhaltige Entwicklung strategisch zu planen und praxisorientiert umzusetzen. Im Projekt wird ein modular aufgebautes Online-Handbuch erarbeitet, das Einrichtungen der beruflichen Rehabilitation durch alle Phasen nachhaltiger Transformation führt – von der Bestandsaufnahme über die Leitbild- und Prozessentwicklung bis zur Umsetzung und Wirkungsmessung.

It is funded as part of the ‘Future of Work’ programme by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the European Union via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) and is managed by the Project Management Agency Karlsruhe (PTKA).
