Hanna-Lea Hackländer completed her Bachelor's degree in Integrative Social Sciences with a focus on Political Science at RPTU (Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau) Kaiserslautern in August 2024. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Political Science at Ruprecht-Karls-University Heidelberg.

During her undergraduate studies, Ms. Hackländer worked as a student research assistant and tutor in the Department of Political Science at RPTU and completed an internship at the German Bundestag. Following the internship, she joined ITA in May 2023 as a student project assistant, supporting the ZUKIPRO (Zukunftszentrum für menschzentrierte Künstliche Intelligenz in der Produktionsarbeit) project.

Since August 2024, she has been involved in the KOMATRA(Kompetenzzentrum Arbeitsforschung: Transformation im Zukunftskorridor Saar-Pfalz gestalten – werteorientiertes Lernen und Arbeiten in der Kreislaufwirtschaft) and rehapro-Ortenaukreis (Gesundheitspräventives Update für Familien – „Gesundheit4PunktZukunft“) projects. In March 2025, she was promoted to junior research associate in public relations for the KOMATRA project.
