Han­na-Lea Hack­län­der com­ple­ted her Bachelor's degree in Inte­gra­ti­ve Social Sci­en­ces with a focus on Poli­ti­cal Sci­ence at RPTU (Rhein­land-Pfäl­zi­sche Tech­ni­sche Uni­ver­si­tät Kai­sers­lau­tern-Land­au) Kai­sers­lau­tern in August 2024. She is curr­ent­ly pur­suing her Master's degree in Poli­ti­cal Sci­ence at Ruprecht-Karls-Uni­ver­si­ty Hei­del­berg.

During her under­gra­dua­te stu­dies, Ms. Hack­län­der work­ed as a stu­dent rese­arch assistant and tutor in the Depart­ment of Poli­ti­cal Sci­ence at RPTU and com­ple­ted an intern­ship at the Ger­man Bun­des­tag. Fol­lo­wing the intern­ship, she joi­n­ed ITA in May 2023 as a stu­dent pro­ject assistant, sup­port­ing the ZUKIPRO (Zukunfts­zen­trum für mensch­zen­trier­te Künst­li­che Intel­li­genz in der Pro­duk­ti­ons­ar­beit) pro­ject.

Sin­ce August 2024, she has been invol­ved in the KOMATRA(Kompetenzzentrum Arbeits­for­schung: Trans­for­ma­ti­on im Zukunfts­kor­ri­dor Saar-Pfalz gestal­ten – wer­te­ori­en­tier­tes Ler­nen und Arbei­ten in der Kreis­lauf­wirt­schaft) and reh­apro-Orten­au­kreis (Gesund­heits­prä­ven­ti­ves Update für Fami­li­en – „Gesundheit4PunktZukunft“) pro­jects. In March 2025, she was pro­mo­ted to juni­or rese­arch asso­cia­te in public rela­ti­ons for the KOMATRA pro­ject.
