Dana Wolf stu­dier­te Poli­tik­wis­sen­schaf­ten (M.A.) an der Uni­ver­si­tät Hei­del­berg und arbei­tet seit 2021 als wis­sen­schaft­li­che Mit­ar­bei­te­rin am Insti­tut für Tech­no­lo­gie und Arbeit.
Der­zeit lie­gen ihre Schwer­punk­te auf den The­men Wis­sens­ma­nage­ment, New Work, Digi­ta­li­sie­rung, inter­na­tio­na­le Kol­la­bo­ra­ti­on und Fore­sight.
In Pro­jek­ten bear­bei­tet Frau Wolf unter ande­rem Fra­gen der Orga­ni­sa­ti­ons­ent­wick­lung, der Pro­zess­ge­stal­tung sowie der digi­ta­len Trans­for­ma­ti­on.

IDIAL – Intel­li­gent Ser­vices Inno­va­ti­ve Agi­le Local

IDIAL aims to deve­lop AI ser­vices for know­ledge workers in the skil­led trades that are spe­ci­fi­cal­ly tail­o­red to the needs of smal­ler com­pa­nies. Tog­e­ther with part­ners DFKI and eBZ, eco­no­mic and prac­ti­cal approa­ches are being rese­ar­ched and deve­lo­ped that opti­mi­se work pro­ces­ses in the field of know­ledge work and take into account the spe­ci­fic requi­re­ments of SMEs. The IDIAL solu­ti­on stra­tegy focu­ses on the ear­ly inte­gra­ti­on of ergo­no­mic and tech­no­lo­gi­cal deve­lo­p­ment based on the spe­ci­fic tasks of infor­ma­ti­on and know­ledge workers. On the one hand, the pro­ject deli­vers imme­dia­te­ly usable results for com­pa­nies in the sta­te and is inten­ded to con­tri­bu­te to tech­no­lo­gy-ori­en­ted com­pe­tence buil­ding in Rhi­ne­land-Pala­ti­na­te.

Smart col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve work­flow deve­lo­p­ment in the foot­wear indus­try — MELLOW

The pro­ject ‘Smart col­la­bo­ra­ti­ve work­flow deve­lo­p­ment in the foot­wear indus­try — MELLOW’ was laun­ched on 1 Janu­ary 2025. It is fun­ded as part of the ‘Future of Work’ pro­gram­me by the Fede­ral Minis­try of Edu­ca­ti­on and Rese­arch (BMBF) and the Euro­pean Uni­on via the Euro­pean Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) and is mana­ged by the Pro­ject Manage­ment Agen­cy Karls­ru­he (PTKA).

AI-based know­ledge manage­ment in tech­ni­cal ser­vice (Ser­vice Secre­ta­ry)

The pro­ject deals with the deve­lo­p­ment of an AI-based know­ledge manage­ment sys­tem for per­son­nel in tech­ni­cal ser­vice. The aim is to use the digi­tal assis­tance sys­tem as part of a holi­stic solu­ti­on and to com­bi­ne it with par­ti­ci­pa­ti­ve approa­ches of orga­niza­tio­nal deve­lo­p­ment.
