Caro­lin Frit­zin­ger has been employ­ed at the ITA sin­ce Decem­ber 2020. After a com­mer­cial app­ren­ti­ce­ship at a medi­um-sized mecha­ni­cal engi­nee­ring com­pa­ny, she com­ple­ted a bachelor's and master's degree in busi­ness admi­nis­tra­ti­on at Lud­wigs­ha­fen Uni­ver­si­ty of Appli­ed Sci­en­ces.

At the Insti­tu­te, she works in pro­ject admi­nis­tra­ti­on in the Digi­tal Com­pa­n­ion pro­ject for intel­li­gent gui­dance and inter­ac­ti­ve expe­ri­ence.
