welcome to the website of the Institut für Technologie und Arbeit (ITA). The institute, as well as the 
Lehrstuhl für Industriebetriebslehre und Arbeitswissenschaft (LIA) (Chair of Industrial Management and Human Factors (LIA)), is situated at the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern and is scientifically led by Professor Dr. Klaus J. Zink. Due to the close cooperation between ITA and LIA a substantial link between research, teaching and consulting can be realized. Both organisations share one 
vision, which results in far-ranging requirements for the actions of all members of the organisation.
